What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. International orders the customer is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.

Where does SITA ship to?
We ship globally. Regretfully, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
What is SITA’s return policy?
To place a return/exchange click here to submit a return request. An approval (automatic generated code) will be provided after submitting your return or exchange.
Please note our Return Policy:
- All returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- All items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, SITA reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- For Domestic Orders, returns and exchanges are free.
- A $65 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount for International Orders.
We offer free returns and restocking with exchanges.
- Please place a new order on the website for the size/color of the item you would like and return the item you are exchanging. SITA will refund your original order upon receipt of the return including shipping and taxes.
Do I need to sign for my SITA package?
No.
What if my SITA order is lost?
If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to orders@sitaactive.com
Is it possible to modify my order once it is placed?
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at orders@sitaactive.com with any requests.
How do I track my SITA order once it is placed?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
