We are operating in line with advice from the World Health Organization and the local authorities. Per the World Health Organization, yes, it is safe. Additionally, according to the Surgeon General , there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.
We are operating to and within impacted areas within the USA and Internationally as local conditions and restrictions allow. We will advise if any situation arises with the ability to successfully deliver your order. We are working with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

SITA provides women with an all-new luxury concept of timeless foundational apparel with concealed performance features. Women have places to go and people to see — all day, every day—which is why we made our clothes infinitely versatile. Wear your SITA pieces to run errands, go to work, your daily workout, travel, and even out to dinner. It’s totally up to you how you want to wear SITA.
SITA’s nano-yarns are engineered in France and then enhanced in Japan. They are then shipped to Italy, where the yarns are knitted. Finally they reach New York, where the SITA collection is thoughtfully manufactured by our design teams.
Our fabric is made of polyamide and elastomer stretch, and each product is designed without extra stitching or hardware to create fluid, elegant pieces.
SITATECH™ is an innovative fabric with permanent agents that neutralize odor, withstand machine wash, and exhibit superior quality. This innovative fabric enters new territory for women’s wear with technical elements that disrupt the current landscape of high-performing apparel design.
Nanotechnology is different than other fabrics and fibers in that it is made of nano yarns, which is ONE MILLIONx thinner than cotton and employs an intimate touch.
Odor generating bacterias are neutralized by embedded ions in the fabric, leaving your pH balanced. The agents used are 100% safe with no chemical coating and will not lose their odor neutralizing properties after washing.
Do a little dance because you don’t have dry clean your SITA apparel! Every SITA piece withstands machine wash well and will never lose its technical features.

We apologize, but we are currently sold out of these sizes. Please email us at orders@sitaactive.com with your name, email, product and size you would like, and we will alert you when your size arrives in our warehouse. You can also sign up on the product page for sizing alerts when it comes back into stock.
ORDER INFORMATION
Please contact our customer service at orders@sitanyc.com with your name, order number, what product is missing. If possible, include a picture of the entire order out of the package.
Please contact customer service at orders@sitanyc.com, with your name, order number, a picture of the damaged product (with tags on product and not worn), and a short description of the issue. We will address this issue within 24 hours.

It typically takes 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card. If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please email us at orders@sitanyc.com with your name, order number, tracking return information, and the items you returned. We will respond within 24 hours.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. If you are having difficulty processing payment, please email us at orders@sitaactive.com.

We ship globally. Regretfully, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Please note our return policy:
All returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt.
We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
All items should be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Upon receipt of returned goods, SITA reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
For International returns, a $65 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount.
We offer free returns with exchanges and free returns in the USA.

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you must report your lost package to the carrier before reaching out to orders@sitanyc.com
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible at orders@sitanyc.com with any requests.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
PROMOTION POLICIES
If you bought an item at full price and it goes on sale within seven days, then you can receive a price adjustment. Please contact our Customer Service Department at orders@sitaactive.com with your order number and we will review your order for the price adjustment. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please enter your promotional code in the box that says “Discount code” on the checkout page and hit the “Apply” button.
Only one promotional code will be honored per order.
